I'm attempting to subscribe to the Bugtraq mailing list. As I've done for
other lists (including this one), I've created a public folder to receive
the list messages. I've given myself rights to send as the public folder,
unhidden it from the GAL, and sent a subscription message to Bugtraq as the
public folder.
Bugtraq replies with a confirmation message, only it comes, not to the PF,
but to my inbox. Below is the header of the subscription message they
received:

As you can see, although the "From" field shows the public folder's email
address, the "Return-Path" field shows MY email address. Thus the
confirmation comes to me, and asks me if I want to subscribe to Bugtraq.
Only I don't WANT to subscribe MikeS, I want to subscribe the PF.
I'm pretty sure I subscribed to Bugtraq in this exact same way in the past
at my last company. Why does my address show up in the return-path? Is
this the default behavior, and I just never noticed? How can I get the PF's
address to show up as the return-path?
