It crashes right after the registry updates, before its gets to synching with the other E5.5 box and it allows to finish the install even though the error is on the screen.

I was trying to install E5.5 on a secondary W2K box but it is crashing during the install process. I would like to have two exchange boxes one running NT which will remain the primary and the W2K box also, however I cant seem to load E5.5 on the W2K box, any suggestions?
