I have a user who was recently migrated to Win2K about 4 months ago. She's pretty sure she's been using Outlook2K all along. She has a 133MB .pst file. But, when you open the file, all the folders she archived are empty. I ran scanpst on it. The scan found no errors, 50 folders and only 3 files. How can this be??
I verified her archive path. What else should I be looking at to explain a large archive file, but with no contents??
