But are you scanning that folder/directory with the file based NAV scanner? If so, you need to stop scanning the exchange folders with the file based scanner; firstly the file based scanner is not a reliable indicator of whether or not an email message being processed is infected, and secondly if it decides to "disinfect", quarantine, or delete an alleged "infected" message, you will lose mail.
