"doesn't have the tab" and "doesn't have the option" doesn't tell us much. can you provide more information, perhaps enumerate what's already been tried? (like updating to the latest service packs, re-installing the IMS, etc.)? i'm saving my immense imaginative powers for the sugarplums.
