I wasn't thinking very well, I meant to say Move Server. The utility
to move as exchange server to a new org. I am really new to exchange but
will be helping our exchange guru on a org move this month so I am trying to
get all the up to date utilities together.

movetree isn't an exchange utility; it's an active directory one. it will
be on your windows 2000 server cd, in the \support\tools directory.
The date on the dll & exe are 22 October 1999.
