Use containers only to differentiate between types of objects. For example, you might make containers for:
Users MS Mail Mailboxes Services (like Help Desk, Payroll, etc.) Customers (custom recipients) Distribution Lists Public Folders (i.e., GAL entries for them) So, the answer is a very definite leave all your user mailboxes in one container. You'll regret it later if you want to move mailboxes from one container to another because you can't.
