It is all text, looks like a mime or uuencoded document. Here are the first few lines: 0M8R4KGxGuEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPgADAP7/CQAGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABAAAALgAAAAAAAAAA EAAAMAAAAAEAAAD+////AAAAAC0AAAD///////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////s pcEAayAJBAAA8BK/AAAAAAAAEAAAAAAABAAADxEAAA4AYmpiah+uH64AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA If that same outside user send the same file to my America Online address it works just fine.
