You need a utility called ExMerge which is available from Microsoft PSS. All you need to do is to rename the user's PST files to match their directory name (NOT their alias if their alias is different than their directory name). The manual that comes with ExMerge explains the details.

Up to this point, our POP3 clients have been retrieving their mail from the server, and storing everything in their personal .pst file on their workstations. My goal is to move / import all of their .pst files, onto the message store on the Exchange 2000 Server. We are under the gun to centrally store everyone's mail, in order to get the collaboration stuff working.
