it's actually happening to 3 people out of the 5 and it open happens periodically. Sometimes you can send them mail and sometimes you get that Reply??? The owner of the company set it up the server first and it was all jacked up I've ironed out most of the wrinkles except this. Like I said I'm very new to the exchange game. Finding it very fun though!
