It has nothing to do with the version of Outlook. It's one of two things:

1. You need to dump your formscache. Exit and Logoff from Outlook. Find
the frmcache.dat file on your local drive. Rename it to .old or .bak.
Restart Outlook.

2. An earlier version of the form is published in your Personal Forms
Library. Delete it from there using Manage Forms in Outlook options.

By the way,

Subject: Outlook forms refresh

Hi,
could anybody advice me how can I force Outlook [2000SR-(9.0.0.0.4527)] to
refresh form after its change? This form is associated with public folder,
its version etc. as seen in Forms Tool is OK; anyhow, Outlook uses some old
version of it.

Thanks in advance,
Jaromir

BTW, colleagues using Outlook ver. [2000 (9.0.0.0.2814)] don't encounter
this problem
