Every time I try to access the public folders through ESM, I get error
80040e19. This is on E2K, SP2, W2K-SP2. I have tried the following based
on q articles and discussions with others:

Removed any host headers on the web site.
Set the TCP port to 80
Ensured that the Exadmin virtual directory is started and accessible in
IIS Manager
IISLockD.exe and URLScan have NOT been run on the server.
I am not denied permission anywhere on the store either by user account or
group association.

Basically, I don't have control over my public folders because of this. I
need access to it to modify permissions on public folders (I have full
permissions on the public folder store, but it does not seem to be
filtering down).

Any ideas???
