Upgrade him to Outlook 2002.  It handles multiple mail transports much
better.

I have a workstation running Outlook 2000 set up to use Echange 5.5 (SP4).
This user needed to set up an Internet Email account as well, which was
done. Now, all of his outgoing mail shows his reply address as the
Internet account address instead of the address associated with his
Exchange mailbox. Even deleting the Internet Email service doesn't stop
this from happening. Why is this happening ?
