Does anyone actually know what this is doing. I cannot find anything in TechNet to find out what this actual is. I have checked Microsoft MSDN and no joy there either. One of my users is trying to synchronise and it just says Synchronizing Hierarchy and after 30 mins the line drops and he has to start again. I am not so much interest in fixing the sync problem just want to know what Synchronizing Hierarchy is?
