Make sure you turn off the 5.5 server first, without doing all the removal procedures, and test everything, especially Public Folders. I was sure I had moved the Public Folders and did not test, but some did not replicate and I had to do a restore, and export to PST's then import to Public Folders. Wish I had tested a little more....
