Do you have any custom views based on fields in custom forms? I ran into an
issue where if you set up a view that filters/formats items based on the
value of a custom field in a form in one version of Outlook, it may not look
the same in another version of Outlook.

The public folder permissions are as follows:
Default: Custom -- ie. Users can read and view items.
Owner : full rights
The parent folder is setup exactly as the subfolders. Like I said earlier, I
am able to view all the information off of the public folder using outlook
97/2000 but not with outlook 2002.

How are the public folder permissions set up?

Your second question is not really interesting, it's just a granular setting
of permissions. You probably have "None" access with the "Folder Visible"
box checked (default permission) for the parent and have at least "Reviewer"
rights to the subfolder.

Hello every one!
Has any one seen a problem where an...actually all Outlook 2002 (XP)
user/users can't view certain public folders on a Exchange 5.5 with SP4,
while the same user/users can view the public folders using outlook
97/98/2000? What's more interesting is that we cannot view the parent's
content however we can view the contents (example: contacts) of the sub
folders? Can some one help me please? Thank you all.
