And you have checked the connections tab on your IMS to make sure that you have selected INBOUND and OUTBOUND transfer mode?

Right, have set up exchange box, internally it works fine. I can send a message to another user(mailbox) on the exchange server. We only have this one exchange server. I have changed the DNS to point the domain name to the IP address of the new server. I have created a SMTP connector to connect to the address space. It will send mail over the internet, but it cannot receive mail from the internet. I have been reading through the Microsoft Administrators companion and the help files that come with exchange, but am having no joy. Is there anyone out there who could run through a quick list of steps to take to get this working. All help very much appreciated.
