Hi,
I have 2 servers with NT4 sp6a + q299444, exchange 5.5 Sp4 +
q282533 and q283238, Groupshield 4.5sp1 + Hotfix 5.
The application logs on both servers contain quite a few event id 2025's.
The description of this event is:-
"The delivery of a message failed due to error 0000050A. A non-delivery
report is being sent to the message's originator"
The "message originator" receives an NDR which contains the following:-
"
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
XXXXX,XXXXX on 21/01/2002 9:57
Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
The MTS-ID of the original message is: ......
This only appears to happen to messages with attachments.
The only references to error 0000050A that I can find are related to the
Anti-Virus API but nothing specific to this issue of NDRs.
Does anyone know what this error 0000050A is and how to fix it?
