This happens on several different people (different Exchange servers)...the message arrives in inbox...preview pane goes gray...dialog "Message cannot be opened"...Messages continue to arrive in inbox but everything above the offending message cannot be opened...everything previous to offending message can be opened. Outlook stops responding...End Task and restart Outlook...back to normal?
