When you create the DL, do you attempt to add contacts to it, or are you simply trying to save an empty DL? There is a limit as to the number of contacts in a personal DL - 150, 160 or so.

The tree structure for this folder is Public Folders>All Public Folders>MyFolder>SubFolder. I am the owner of both MyFolder and SubFolder. I can create new contacts, copy existing ones and do everything else 'normal' in this folder, except create a DL. Any ideas ?
