Hello. We have a public folder that needs to have a rule which says "take any message with the text '*whatever*' and forward it to another address." If I set up the rule to include a condition that says "from so-and-so" or if I say "forward any message to this address" the rule works. However, if I only specify the contains-specified-text condition, the rule does not fire and the message does not get forwarded. Has anyone seen this?
