The Schedule+ Free-Busy Connector is for Microsoft Mail. To replicate
Free-Busy data between Exchange sites, you replicate the Free-Busy
public folders between the sites.

Subject: Free/Busy Connector: not updating -- please offer advice

Hello All,

I am having difficulties with the Schedule + Free/Busy Connector. If any
of you are familiar with this particular issue or can point me to a
particular resource, it would be greatly appreciated. Please note that I
have checked the list archive, but did not find any resolution.

I am new to this Exchange organization, so I am still trying to
understand the layout of the system.

Problem:

In this multi-site (9 sites) Exchange 5.5 (SP4) organization, the
free/busy
(f/b) information is not being updated. For example, some users only see
a shaded area (hash marks) when they look at others f/b, while others
may see f/b data up to a specific date followed by these hash marks for
the rest of the calendar. --- I hope this is making sense. This behavior
is occurring both inter-site and intra-site.

What I have tries:

- Update free/busy info. by creating new meeting requests - no change
- Run /cleanfreebusy option at the client - no change

What Next:

Call PSS - they have not been very helpful in the past regarding
free/busy connector issues....???? Use the MDBVUE utility to clean out
and f/b data (first site issues)

Environment Configuration:

EX5.5 SP4
NT 4.0 SP6a
Site Connectors
MS - Mail Connectors (not sure if these are still valid) GroupWise
Connectors

Free/Busy Connector - age limits set to default (100)

Thanks,
Bruce
