the environment is exchange 5.5 sp3, NT4, sp6a, mailsweeper 4.2_1, outlook 2000
a few users are complaining that they are not getting a 4 page TXT file. if the e-mail goes to a yahoo.com or hotmail.com address, they will get the 4 pages.
