What is the point of not exposing NetBIOS names to the Net? Any way you cut it, I can still get the IP address of the machine, which in the end is all that really matters if I'm trying to hack the box. Whether or not the attacker knows the NetBIOS name of the box really won't slow them down.
So make your life easier and start using matching hostname/NetBIOS names and move on to something more important. Roger ------------------------------------------------------ Roger D.
