Mike,

Let's clarify...
1) She personally schedules 100's of meetings/week.
2) She has the two options discussed below setup.
3) She also has the option to delete processed meeting requests turned on or
has a rule to move them to another folder, correct?

If all that is true, she doesn't need to open any individual messages. All
she should have to do is open the calendar item on her calendar. There will
be a tracking tab that will tell her what level the attendee is (i.e.,
organizer, required attendee, etc.) and what their response was.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

Wouldn't that be the "Automatically accept meeting requests and process
cancellations" as well as the "Decline conflicting meeting requests"
options?

Good morning,

Outlook 98 Exchange 5.5 sp4

How does a person automatically read accepted/declined/tentative messages
from meetings. I have a user that schedules hundreds of meeting a week and
doesn't really want to open all of these messages. She still is interested
in seeing how many accepted, declined or are tentative so that she can set
up. This information does not seem to be updated unless the
accepted/declined/tentative messages are opened.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Mike Mitchell
