This is the error message I get when I try to send a file that is too large to hotmail or yahoo-mail. Basically Pricipal's server doesn't accept attachments as large as the 5meg file.
It shouldn't be stuck on your IMS. If it is you can delete it from the queue and/or restart the IMS service.
