He isn't in the cabal. Not that there is one, of course.
Getting back on topic, those "rejection" notices about the header stuff being in the body are more usually due to someone else having a remailer which is happily sending messages it receives back to the list. These have the odd header stuff in them, and so the list rejects them. I know this because the Cabal told me.[1] [1] Not that there is one, of course.
