1.) Why did you change the network card in the first place? One would assume it was bad? 2.) Is the network card a different model/brand? If so, have you reinstalled the appropriate drivers? 3.) Have you tried any other troubleshooting from your OWA box? Can you ping anything else at all? It is always possible that the "new" card you installed is bad too.
