ISA may provide something. There is nothing in IIS that I know of since E2K does not use sessions. Also, Check out SecureLogoff for OWA 2000 by Messageware: www.messageware.com

This is set to 900 seconds. My user sessions aren't timing out. A user can come back a day later and still access everything without having to re-authenticate.
