Before I went and looked at the membership, I thought the same thing, so I went to Domain Admins just be sure there would be something to export and the same results. By the way I do have two members of the Schema Admins.
I just tried a different group "Administrators" in the Builtin container and it worked. Went back to Schema Admins and it worked. Didn't change anything except the name of the group and the container it is in. Then I went to the group I need to export, which is in a different OU, and it does not pull the info.
