We looked at it as recently as 4 weeks ago and it seemed like a good product. I had reservations about the amount of hardware it needed for a complete solution (exchange, SQL, F&P, web) and plumped for Co-Standby server from Legato. This was a decision which was also coloured by good experiences with Legato backup products. Notwithstanding the above, Double-Take looks to be very good. Hope this helps Dom.
