I can agree with Roger that Exchange Server is pretty much character-set
agnostic.

Subject: Remote office - Displaying foreign character sets

We have a remote office in Japan and the users there have their exchange
accounts on our US-based mail server. When the users of Japan compose
their messages in Japanese the character sets looks correct. When they
then send the message to a user on the same mail server that is in our
US office, all of the characters are displayed as ascii blocks. When a
messages is composed and sent out through our internet connector,
everything displays fine to the recipient. I don't believe this has
anything to do with the server but rather, the receiving client. If
this is the case, are there language packs that can be installed on the
client to display the Japanese character set correctly? If not, what
needs to be done on the server?
