Hi,
Could you manage to fix this? We are having the same problem in our
site. We are unable to export mail items into a PST from a mailbox / public
folder. We have upgraded to our site to Exch SP4, simultaneously upgrading
GroupShield to 4.5SP1 from a older version (4.0.3?).
We also hear complaints that mails being missing when sent to DL.
When a mail is sent to a DL or multiple recipients are addressed, some of
the members in To list are not receiving the mail while others receiving the
same. This seemed to be a funny problem. I suspect that GroupShiled might be
doing this. But, no proofs are found yet to confirm this.
thanks,
-Masthan.

I ran the optimizer this evening and that did not seem to correct the
problem.
Any other ideas?

Did you run the Optimizer after installing the SP?

Subject: unable to move email with attachments
After installing service pack 4 for Exchange 5.5, we have users complaining
that they cannot move emails with attachments when several are selected at
once. The error received is "Some items could not be copied. They were
either moved, deleted or access was denied". After several attempts there
will be no error, and the messages will be moved. If only one message is
selected, the above does not occur.
I have a user who wants to move all of his sent mail to a folder in his
personal folders. Each of these messages has an attachment. When he
selects them all and drags them to the destination folder, he gets the above
message. Q173105 shows the exact error but our users should never have a
profile set up with "Microsoft Mail". They are all set up to use
"Microsoft Exchange" only. Of course Microsoft only has a workaround, and
no fix.
Does anyone have a solution to this besides adding "Microsoft Mail" to the
profile? I'd prefer to fix the problem rather than give him the "keep
trying, it will eventually work" line.
