Hey there,,, I have a user from home who connects via VPN (they have a
broadband connection).

Anyhow -they were prompted to change their password this AM and ever since
then they can't get into mail. I have since reset all passwords, and still
for some reason they can't get in. The typical credentials are not correct
would you like to open the default folders?

Then the other thing is that I can open it using my admin credentials from
the office.... But not on her machine (connected via VNC).

But... When trying to access OWA, the user is denied there, and I am denied
using their account at the office to - when I try to access OWA... 

I have been searching the KB, and nothing has worked so far...

Wee. Fun. Not.

Ideas?
