Subject: Unable to install Ex2K in a child domain

Scenario,

2 domains First.ads and child domain second.first.ads
6 Exchange 5.5 sites site1, site2, site3, site4, site5 and site6
2 Active Directory Connectors Running
- between first.ads and site1, site2, and site3
- between second.first.ads and site4, site5 and site6
Forest Prep was run 2 months ago (Joined the existing Exchange Org)
Domain Prep was run on both first.ads and second.first.ads 2 months ago
The first Exchange 2000 server was installed 2 days ago in Site1

I am attempting to install Exchange 2000 in site4 using an Domain Admin
account in second.first.ads domain which was granted Exchange Full Admin
rights at the org level.

When I launch the Exchange System Manager, I can only see Site1. (If I
right click and hit properties at the ESM Org Root, Display Administrative
groups is grayed out.
When I launch the Exchange 5.5 Administrator I can see the first Exchange 2K
box from other sites.

When I try to run the Exchange 2000 install in Site4 it thinks I am trying
to install this server in Site1. I want to Install my first Exchange 2000
server in Site4.

Any ideas where I should go from here?
