6 posts, holy cow. This, I would assume, is a transient problem. That domain looks fine from here. Perhaps they were down earlier, and your Exchange Server timed out before it came back up. Or they changed DNS info and your system had cached credentials that no longer reflect the accurate location of their mail servers. May help to flush out your local DNS and look again. NSLOOKUP & TELNET from the console of your Exchange Server, that will give you good troubleshooting info.
