I am having a difficult time with Custom Recipients as mailbox Alternate
Recipients.

Problem occurs when sending a message to StandardUserA in a sub container of
the default recipients container(which is at the configuration level)
-With a custom recipient as an alternate recipient and the CR is located in
a separate container which resides at the configuration level
  - And the CR has an SMTP target address.

Sending to the CR directly has been verified from the same StandardUserA
mailbox. But sending to a mailbox that has an Alt-Recipient defined results
in the message disappearing. The Search permission is in use. The mailbox's
primary account can see the CR and all other CRs in the CR container. The
only exception to this is an administrative mailbox. When sending to a
mailbox with more admin rights (such as with permissions admin all the way
down from Org) that has an Alt-Recipient defined (one that is even in that
same CR container), the message makes its way to the CR target address no
problem. Does anyone have any idea where to start? I was thinking
permissions...

The test user that is the primary account for the StandardUserA mailbox nets
no more than the Search permission on the CR Container (which again resides
at the configuration level) This test mailbox with this test user account
can send directly to this CR in the CR container no problems. But mail
auto-forwarded to the same Alt-Recipient CR (by configuring in Exch Admin,
mailbox properties, Delivery Options tab) never gets to the destination! So
I gave the test user ALL PERMISSIONS on the container holding all the custom
recipients- same result! Any ideas?
