Are there any issues (or special tricks) to use Pocket PC 2000 on an HP Journada when sending mail remotely? I have a remote IMAP4 user who can pick up his mail fine, but mail never leaves his outbox. In Exchange SMTP protocol logs, I see his connection and "HELO Inbox", followed by "250 OK", but nothing more. These particular problems only started after closing the open relay. He has tried using the setting "must authenticate" on the client with the same, less than desirable, results. Any ideas? TIA.
