What happens when you (or she) opens her mailbox on a different machine? Same result? If so, she may have some corruption in her calendar or tasks folder. At that point you can try archiving her entire calendar (export or use ExMerge, which is faster) and recreating it. See if she has the issue with a blank calendar. Then start importing the data in small chunks, testing each time until you detect the problem.
