It's got something to do with the webserver loads before exchange
establish the M: drive.  All you need to do is restart that Default web
site, and the error will magically disappear.  If it bothers you too
much, write a little script to restart your web server after the server
restarts every time.

It's a feature. In general it can be safely ignored.. Assuming your
users can log in via OWA that is.
