Exchange 5.5 sp3 Outlook 2k. I downloaded the routemsg form from Slipstick and would like to open it, but, and I feel really stupid for saying this, I don't know how. The text at Slipstick only says "Download the Routemsg.zip file (5kb), then unzip it and open Routemsg.oft in Outlook". I got the download and the upzip, but how do I open?
