Some of my users are reporting that instead of getting a message text in the body of the message they get an envelope icon with 'untitled document' as the name.
We are running Exchange 5.5 with service pack 4 on NT 4.0 machines with service pack 6a. The clients are Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002.
