I have a client who is using Exchange Server 5.5 Sp 4 on a Windows NT 4.0 SP 6 server. They have 20 mailboxes, which are used to schedule appointments via the outlook calendar. There is one person who schedules all the lawyers for appointments using outlook. Is there a way to see view all appointments (that were set up in each separate mail box) via a master calendar or central calendar?

Is there a way for the office manger to see all the 20 calanders at the same time ( a master calander for showing every mail box).
