Hi there I don't know about Webshield on an E2K box, but I had problems with Webshield allowing relaying off my 5.5 box in the DMZ. I was on Spamcop and ORDB. After I removed Webshield, the problem was fixed. Once I called NAI, they told me that is the way the product is designed!! You need to set up their anti spam - even thought the instructions tell you that it's really not necessary.
Once you activate Webshield, check your server with ORDB to see if it is allowing relaying. Otherwise, spammers are gonna LOVE you. Be careful on how you set this up.
