Does anyone know of a way to make exchange queue mail to be sent over dialup isdn router at certain times of the day? The problem at the moment is that exchange is keeping the line open all day as it tries to send mail but I want to know of a way to schedule it to send and receive mail rather than just sending whenever it can. Stopping and stating the MTA service has already been suggested but this would involve using some sort of scheduling program to run a batch file that will do the job. This brings in more issues; the MTA will have to be open for set amounts of time, which means any mail that could take longer will never be sent!!! Help!!!
