Upgrade the IMS to SP4. It addressed some issues.

Are you doing this with a custom recipient for the alternate recipient
entry?

Subject: Alternate Ricipient Issue

I have a user that wanted his mail sent to an alternate recipient along
with his work mail account. He is getting the mail in both accounts, but
this message is coming back from the postmaster (eeacable.com) here at
work.

Your message

  To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
  Sent: Mon, 25 Mar 2002 11:12:48 -0500

did not reach the following recipient(s):

[EMAIL PROTECTED] on Mon, 25 Mar 2002 11:11:35 -0500
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=Energy Electric
;l=SERVER10203251611H4B6P8LQ
MSEXCH:IMS:Energy Electric Assembly:eeacable:SERVER1 3550 (000B099C) 550
No [EMAIL PROTECTED] user here (or domain for forward)

The "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" was the address the mail was sent from.
Any ideas? Thanks
