I have a few customers that send newsletters to external DL's up to 600 users per DL recently the some of their external subscribers have received multiple copies of newsletters sent up to two weeks ago. The messages leave our Exchange 2000 server and the queues are all clean. I checked the mailbox that is the source of this message and there is no indication that it has sent the message multiple times. Only a few users on the DL have complained about receiving multiple messages and they are spread across several domains. Anyone seen this type of looping mail before??
