It's working now.  I sent a message to turn back on my normal email
account and that worked eventually.  The other (separate domain) mail
account was not getting the messages because it is running mercury mail
server with a single pop3 account.  Because the messages were from a
mailing list, mercury32 was unable to route them to my account, and they
were all spilling to the default account on that server.
