For years, under either Outlook 97 or 2000, I've noticed that a folder's unread message count (which appears to the right of an Outlook folder shortcut entry) does not consistently reset to zero (about 10% of the time) after reading all of the messages in the folder and then deleting them. The count just stays at its original value until Outlook is restarted, at which point the correct "zero" entry appears. Has anyone else seen this, and is there a fix? Thanks! Jeff Dillon
