I also installed the first Exchange 2000 server into the same site as the Exchange 5.5. The information store suppose to detect what distribution list being used to assign permission on Public Folder and convert them to a Universal Security Group. They only exist in the native mode domain and not the other domain. The Information store suppose to automatically convert them to USG. I verified that the group are being used to assign permission to PF. Any idea why there are still UDG and not being converted to USG? They are too many to convert manually.
